Millstone Park in Burwell, Cambridge, is a new neighbourhood of 350 homes on the outskirts of Burwell comprising one to four bedroom houses and apartments. This Land submitted an outline planning application for the wider development and secured permission at committee in 2019, with subsequent phases and reserved matters approved in late 2023 and throughout 2025. This approval enabled the phased delivery of homes across the site. 

After This Land delivered the essential infrastructure for the site, Phase 1 and 2 were sold to Vistry Group while Phase 3 was acquired by a housing association to develop 61 affordable homes. Phase 4 offers 18 self-build plots. A planning application for a final phase for an additional 60 homes was submitted in 2025.
